My name is Hanna Kuosmanen. I am a nutritional therapist, a certified Mind Body Eating Coach and a yoga teacher.
I trained at Suomen Terveysopisto Salus and the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. I run an online practice and teach workshops and retreats across Finland. In my work I combine functional medicine based nutrition, dynamic eating psychology and body awareness in a unique and holistic way. The coaching and nutrition strategies that I use to support my clients are nourishing, doable, results-oriented and sustainable. My passion is to help people find a way out of their challenges with food and health. Witnessing my clients relearn to trust their bodies and reclaim the joy of living is my greatest inspiration in my work.
